Use `when', `dolist', `push', ...
(texinfo-update-node, texinfo-sequential-node-update):
Don't bind the obsolete `auto-fill-hook'.
(texinfo-multi-file-included-list,texinfo-multi-file-master-menu-list):
Use `set-buffer' rather than `switch-to-buffer'.
(texinfo-multi-file-update): Use "Top" rather than `up-node-name'.
Use `set-buffer' rather than `switch-to-buffer'.
